Afternoon tea- Just Couple of Biscuits or a Few Scones?

Many times, when you say Afternoon tea, you mean Supper, Dinner. But if you have it in the afternoon like I do, then a little snack is delicious. But if you go to a remarkable hotel such as the Peninsula in Hong kong, you will be in a heaven of Teas.

I went yesterday, and even though you wait in a que, it is kind of worth the patience for the food is Excellent. Delicious Scones, Strawberry Jam and clotted cream is divine with mini cakes and finger sandwiches. They make you experience of High-tea worth while! Another place in Hk to have high tea is The Grand Hyatt, or just have a High tea at home with your friends!

Smoothies.... Refreshing Drinks

Have you Ever sat in a room on a scorching hot day and thought that the air conditioning wasn't enough? Well we all probably have and wanted something like a cold drink to keep our body energized.

Smoothies are delicious on a hot day so just follow these steps and make a quick but yummy smoothie!

You will need a blender- even the ones that are on the adverts like fruit factory - even that's ok. Chop the fruits you want and throw them in into the blender. The Blender manual will help you understand how to on the blender. Add a scoop of vanilla or whatever Ice cream you like and a little milk before blending. Then pour some into a cup and refrigerate for 20 mins or just drink it! Oh and remember to add sugar if you are a sugar fan!

If you have allergies to Dairy then why not squeeze some lemon or lime add some water and again sugar for sweet tooth people and you will have lemon water! It also tastes good refrigerated!

Back to Beijing!

Ever Been to a place that's NOT with your Mum and Dad when you were 9? Well I have! Its Beijing!

I went there for 5 days with my class for an Educational Visit but it was actually a vacation to us. All of us were with a partner in one hotel room, and we experienced Chinese food and Lifestyle!

On the first day we visited a local Chinese school and then went to the Birds nest. We were very tired on the 2nd day because we went to the Great wall of china. The Third day was taken up with the tourist attractions(Forbidden City and Tiananmen Square) and we went to see the hutongs- which are 9 metre wide alley ways that are a very important with the local Chinese. Some of them have been burnt down. Anyway, on the 4th day we went to see the Summer palace and spent time sketching and exploring. The 5 and very last day we went to see The Temple of Heaven.

I reccomend Beijing as a place to learn for KIDS.

If you ever go there or want to go there please comment so I can tell you all more. Thanks for Reading:)!
